About Me

I fell in love with reading and writing at an early age (thanks Dad!). The first book I read all by myself was GREEN EGGS AND HAM by Dr. Seuss. When not reading, I'd write stories, print them off, and use a red pen to make them better. I still enjoy this . . . although, my pen is now purple.

I've always had an overactive, web-twisty imagination. I'm passionate about creating unique worlds and characters that pop off the page. I love the process and excitement that comes when a new plot or character name or even a title pops in my mind!

 

While I am specifically a Young Adult Fiction Writer, I have an overabundance of ideas in a variety of genres! I can't wait to share them with you all.

My favorite place to write is in the corner booth of our local diner. They know my name and the coffee is endless! I often forget there are other people around once I get going.
